Université Sainte Anne

Université Sainte Anne is a well known French post-secondary institution located just 14km from Weymouth.  Université Sainte-Anne, is the only French language post-secondary institution in Nova Scotia, and offers university and college-level courses as well as a French immersion program and customized training in French as a second language.

Located near the Sissiboo Landing Visitor Information Center, the Weymouth Waterfront Library offers a wealth of resources including a community meeting room, public computers, and a variety of media. It frequently hosts art exhibitions and activities for children and craft enthusiasts.

Downtown Sign

The electronic LED sign in downtown Weymouth is managed by the WWDC.  â€‹It is intended to advertise events within and near Weymouth. For the moment it will not be used for business adverts, not for events outside the immediate area. It will not advertise denominational (church) notices. 

​

It is for events or announcements that benefit the community as a whole, such as public meetings, festivals, concerts, and community service projects.
